Sometimes when we are in work activity, decreased morale karuan not. Sense of saturation, and bad moods are often referred to as the main factor decreasing biangkeladi spirit in this work. But make no mistake, this is not a result simply because of our bad habits, the consumption of food. Here are tips on healthy regulate the food we eat, in order to maintain morale:

    
* Drink enough water
      
Sometimes being too busy working, we like to forget the drinking water.

And keep in mind dehydration can make the body weak loh. No need to still drink water as much as 8 glasses a day but most are always drinking water when thirsty, and plus a few glasses. Change your habits of soda or juice to drinking water.

    
* Avoid heavy meals
      
On weekdays, and at lunch, you should familiarize choose foods that are not too severe caloric or replace it with a salad. Afterward, simply drink a glass of water or herbal tea in order not sleepy and keep them fresh until the end of the day.

    
• Learn to eat healthy snacks
      
Get used to choose healthy snacks like apples, low-fat yogurt, toast with peanut butter, etc.. Snacks are rich in minerals can keep us excited to come home office hours.

    
* Selingi with mild exercise
      
Occasionally move the body with a combination of fast and slow walking. Leave the table, walk around the office for a few minutes and come back to work. No more than 10 minutes, the time required to re-fresh body .
