Are Motivating That ?

If you understand the factors to motivate people, you have mastered the most powerful tool in dealing with them. Motivation at the moment has become a general requirement. Everyone wants to have a greater motivation but they do not really understand the meaning of the word. People will say that they want to be more motivated. Manager or leader willing to have a team or a more motivated group.


Motivation is closely related to the ability, so people say there is contained within the ability of the person who motivated.



Basis For All Hope Is Motivation

Expectations, therefore, is the first requirement for a person motivated. Hope is the cause for something that is produced. Without hope, no one can be motivated.

Motivation and manipulation

Let us start with characterizing the differences from management's point of view the difference between motivation and manipulation.

Manipulation, in my view is very simple, is to act in such a way that someone would not want to do something because you want the person to do it. While motivation is to move people to do their own because sesutau want to do it. And therein lies the difference.

As stated by Frank Tijou: "Perbedaanlah that makes the difference".

For a long time in the history of modern business in the UK, management has beropersi under the manipulative power of this nation has suffered because of poor management execution and in many cases management is also extremely wasteful.

For the time being, the real England manager has stopped talking directly with their employees and only communicate malalui unions. From all the information I learned in training and consulting business, there is no event where there is a dispute between unions and management are good. 


I have argued that the world in which we work is the world's people. Yet in many organizations are still many people are promoted into management or leadership positions because they are proficient in other occupations. Very few people are trained to manage others. Because they've played well or being effective in some types of other roles, they are expected by their role models for the post manager and, by the by the grace of God, are they automatically know how to motivate, communicate with and manage others.

So the cycle continues, because many of these managers apply exactly as did their predecessors. They follow their example and thus manipulative management style continues.

Of course it could walk. But such a cycle would not stand out and will create distrust, leading to a situation "them and us".

A manipulative style of management did not create the ideal conditions in which managers and others all working together in the same direction, to achieve their common goals.
So rather naiflah to encourage people who are motivated to follow the interview but at the same time hoping that the successful candidate will be mediocre action against manipulation by the time they work.

Motivation, as I mentioned earlier has, allowing someone to do something because he himself wanted to do it. This applies also for you and me if we really want to do what we want, of course we become more motivated, and if it really did not want to do something, of course we will lack motivation.
